beads (we used wooden beads)
holiday garland
scissors
hot-glue gun
spray paint
Steps:
1. Spray paint beads gold and green.
2. Remove lampshades and use a glue gun to adhere ribbon and fringe.
3. Wrap garland throughout chandelier.
