An old dresser is revived with glossy black paint and new knobs. The dresser is then transformed into an entertainment center when shelving units purchased at a discount store are painted the same glossy black and stacked on top. In the corner, simple balloon shades topped with pleated valances and floor-to-ceiling drapes make the most out of the windows. A hanging light and slipcovered chair turn the corner into a cozy reading nook.
