3-D Star Gift Tag

Materials and Tools:

manilla paper tags
decorative paper
metallic gold tape
hole punch
gold glitter spray
scissors
black card stock
craft glue
gold ribbon
cotton batting

Steps:

1. Attach decorative paper to both sides of tag with craft glue. Add a striped detail with metallic gold tape.

2. Punch a hole in the top of the tag large enough for ribbon to slide through. Add ribbon.

3. To create the 3-D star. Spray gold glitter onto black card stock, let dry. Sketch a star shape onto card stock or trace a star stencil. Cut our star shape. Repeatedly fold star in half along the points, creasing the folds to create a sharp edge.

4. Attach star to card with craft glue. If desired, to make stars really pop off the card surface, glue cotton batting between the 3-D star and gift tag.
