Wanted: Open Floor Plan

Carina and George Arniotis have a $450,000 budget to buy and renovate a home in the East Rockaway area of Long Island, N.Y. They want an open plan layout so that they can finally entertain their family for the holidays. Host Peggy Bunker and architect/designer Barry Wood show them three houses and then Wood reveals a design plan for each house that is customized for the family's needs.
