Victorian Sitting Room
Visit a $50,000 Victorian sitting room in an old San Francisco Victorian home that sits on the famous Post Card Row. Host Susan Blake introduces the inspiration designer, Michael Shannon, who discusses the room's key design elements--a mix of Victorian antique furnishings, an ornate mirror over the marble fireplace and several modern pieces created by Shannon and Jeal Fine Furnishings. Blake then introduces makeover designer Michael Ferguson, who takes on the challenge to replicate this look in a studio apartment. Also, 'sensible shopper' Lisa Quinn shares how to create a textured look on walls with paint and a plastic bag. Finally, Michael Ferguson shares how to begin to re-create this look with just $500.
