Quilt University, Leaf Print Fabrics
Join Simply Quilts camera crew to visit the huge annual "quilt university" that is set up at the International Quilt Festival in Houston, Texas. Meet the organizers, the teachers and the students. Keeping with an autumn theme, guest and fiber artist Carolyn Dahl joins host Alex Anderson to show how to make printed fabrics using leaves. Dahl explains which supplies are needed and demonstrates how to incorporate the fabric into quilt designs.
