Metalsmith, Woodworkers
Rob Oney is a fifth-generation metalsmith who proudly carries on his family's tradition of hammering a large copper range hood for a client's kitchen in Fort Myers, Fla. Woodworker Hiroshi Sakaguchi learned how to build Japanese joints in his homeland of Japan, but he continues to build furniture the ancient way in his home in Sebastapol, Calif. Tennessee woodworker Russ Jacobsohn carries on an American tradition by building heirloom-quality rocking horses for children.
