A New Backyard
The homeowners would like to enjoy the backyard and terrace of their new home, but a busy road runs behind their property. Landscape designer Kerri Hallahan has designed a solution which includes a large tree to create privacy and afternoon shade. Evergreen shrubs will create structure and scale down the house, and a pond and fountain help mask the traffic noise.
