Creating Curb Appeal
The homeowner wants to remove the old walkway, create a friendly entrance as well as a place to sit and watch the grandchildren play. Host Rick Kaldrovics introduces landscape architect Jeff Allen, who has designed a plan to spruce up the planting beds, add a winding gravel walkway to make the landscape more inviting and add a terrace with an outdoor sitting area to make it more usable for the homeowner.
