Mediterranean-Style Poolside
Homeowners Kim and Mike Franzini want to update and illuminate their backyard and pool area. Kim dislikes the junipers and Mike wants more color. Designer Susan Ballinger draws up plans for a beautiful pergola complete with decorative wrought-iron elements and redwood log top. Ballinger also decides to stain the pool deck and add a retaining wall made from recycled cement.
