Old World-Inspired Bedroom
After moving to a bigger house, Michelle and Glen Stern's bedroom has been put on the backburner for the needs of their growing family. They want a Moorish-style bedroom that blends rustic antiques with natural fabrics and features a four-poster bed as the focal point. The only problem is this high-end room, designed by Cathleen Gouveia, comes with a $138,000 price tag. The Double Take team mixes do-it-yourself projects, bargain shopping and savvy woodworking to re-create the space for $2,600.
