The condo has been listed as "For Sale By Owner" for nearly two months with some interest but no offers. Meanwhile, Serena and Levelle Benson purchased their house in 2004 for $489,000. Over the last three years they have spent about $20,000 in renovations and were in the midst of updating the kitchen when Levelle accepted a new job in Texas.
