Busy Traveler Moves On; Couple Downsizes
Fara Nejad purchased her dream house two years ago but travels too much for work to keep up with the maintenance of a three-bedroom house with a large front and backyard. She put her house on the market eight months ago, and even after reducing the price by $40,000, still has had no offers. Meanwhile, Sarah and Tim Olsen purchased a five-acre horse property two-and-a-half years ago. Maintaining the property has always been a challenge, but after Tim's recent work-related injury, it has become nearly impossible. The couple has decided to downsize to a one-acre horse property instead, so they listed their home on the market nine months ago. Despite reducing the price once, they still have not had a single offer. That is until Donna and Shannon Freeman show up with a plan to get this place — as well as the first one — sold.
