Sarah and Jim Burnap have lived in their two-bedroom home for 15 years. Despite being an almost 2,000-square-foot home, the Burnaps have only one full bathroom and are moving in order to give the entire family a bit more space. They have received no offers as of yet. Meanwhile, Alicia and Rene Jones were forced to rebuild their house after a fire destroyed most of it in 2004. They spent more than $130,000 rebuilding and expanding their house, but made some poor choices in the renovation. They put the house on the market three months ago and are now looking to relocate to a better school district. Despite being appraised at $100,000 more than their asking price, they have received no offers. Real estate experts Donna and Shannon Freeman intend to change that — in both cases.
