Eliminating the Second Mortgage
Sarah and John Tokar have bought their dream house with plenty of land to play — 7.5 acres to be exact — and enough bathrooms for their three young daughters. The only problem is that they still have to sell their Colonial-style house, which has been on the market nearly three months with little interest. With two mortgages looming, this family is in a very tight financial and monetary situation.
