"We are actually still living in our "first home." Our home was built by my father, which took him and my uncle two years to complete. I originally lived here with my family from the time when I was 13 until I got married at 21. My dad passed away in 1979 so my husband, three daughters and I moved back into the house with my mother and 14-year-old brother.

Several years later, my mother remarried and my brother moved in with friends. My husband and I have remodeled or redecorated every room a couple of times to keep the house updated. We added a three-season porch and a farmer's porch on the front of the house and constantly try to landscape around the house to keep a nice appearance."
