Kitchen Crimes Health Inspector
Rob Mancini was born and raised in Winnipeg, Canada. Upon completing his bachelor of science in Edmonton, Mancini worked for the Provincial Laboratory of Public Health at the University of Alberta Hospital in the microbiology lab. With his real interest lying in analyzing and interpreting results regarding food and water specimens, he pursued a position as an environmental technologist in the Environmental Microbiology Lab where he performed microbiological analysis of food and water samples for varying regional health authorities in Alberta. To further his education, he enrolled at Concordia University and obtained a degree in environmental health. In 2003 he moved back home to Winnipeg to become a Public Health Inspector for the Province of Manitoba, a position he continues to hold.
Mancini also has an artistic sidehe recently learned to play the violin and performs whenever he has the chance.
