To give the room a fun twist, various cabinet styles were blended together. The uppers are contemporary, while the lowers are very traditional with Japanese handles. For balance, they topped off the wooden cabinets with easy-to-clean stainless-steel countertops. The deep-blue glass backsplash is reminiscent of the azure colors of Greece.
