Brandon Johnson, host of Get Out Way Out.
Brandon Johnson's life began in a flurry of activity. Born and raised in Bloomington, Minn., he spent the majority of his youth playing sports and the drums.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a BFA in Comprehensive Theatre, Johnson set his sights on New York City. He studied at the American Theatre of actors under teacher Denny Albee. After completing his study, he moved on to the likes of Allen Savage and Anthony Abeson.

Once acquiring representation, he hit the pavement and got to work. Johnson has appeared in over 25 commercials; his favorite being the Nokia "20 Lives Campaign" where he created the character Phil Blitz. In addition, he was the recurring character Michael Mcbain on ABC's, One Life To Live, as well as playing roles on The Guiding Light and As The World Turns. Other television credits include the History Channel's Blood Red. Currently he has been busy working on The Disney Channel's hit show Hannah Montana as the recurring guest star Brian Winters.

Some film credits include The Notorious Bettie Page, the dark comedy Rick and the horror movie Little Erin Merryweather. Lead roles include Julian in Malevolence and the political drama Invisible Evidence.

Another area that Johnson has been active in is hosting. His first experience began on WNYE's Cool In Your Code. To date, it has received 13 New York Emmy nominations, just launched in London and has hopes of sprouting in LA. In addition, he worked as the premiere host for OLN's Rally America and G4 TV Network's Formula D.

In January of 2006, he moved to Los Angeles, where he was offered a shot at HGTV's Get Out, Way Out! It's been a perfect fit ever since.

Johnson is still playing the drums with Europe's Female Rock Singer Dirty Harry. He is also signed with Abrams Artists Agency (Hosting), Talentworks LA (Theatrical) and is managed by Patty Woo at Seven Summits.
