House Detective
Episode HDT-204

Antique Wiring, Low Water Pressure
The first case takes viewers to the heart of San Francisco to a Victorian-era diamond in the rough--a house that actually lived through a fire. The new homeowners expect to spend a bundle on renovations, but are looking to a house detective to help them figure out where to put their money first. The second case is unusual because the client already knows every square inch of his house. He built it, but now he wants a second opinion on his handy work before he puts his house on the Chesapeake Bay up for sale. The property is a 1994 tradional style home located on Kent Island on Maryland's Eastern shore.
