Multifunctional Family Room
Stacy and Barney Howard and their two children Sami and Cody are in need of a family room makeover and they're willing to risk the room revamp to a student still in design school, Shivani Gupta. Gupta wants to define the space and break it into separate areas: one for grownups and one for kids. She's attempting this transformation by adding built-ins, a new wall color, reupholstering the current furniture and creating a fun kid rug. Will she be able to make this family room the TV/living/kids' room it needs to be in just two days and with $2,000?
