Napa Designer Garden
Set in a Napa, California, neighborhood that used to be part of a prune orchard, Sabrina and Freeland Tanner's garden contains a tremendous variety of plants woven together in rich colors and textures. The sophisticated design combines formal and informal and even rustic elements that serve to camouflage the long, rectangular space. A vegetable garden with topiary watering cans, a closely clipped Japanese boxwood hedge, roses and several garden structures are integrated into the design.
