Trees in Pots
Host Paul James discusses the popularity of growing potted plants. His favorite variation of the idea is potted trees. He explains how to select the right pot and how to plant the tree. Next, James discusses garden parties. Later, James answers questions from viewers. Discussions include why tomato plants may not produce fruit because of nitrogen over-fertilization; why most ferns can't deal with direct sun but southern and Florida shield ferns do well with sun; and why the root ball should be left slightly above the surface when planting in clay soil.
