Fullerton, Clark Botanical and Mounts
Beauty abounds in a quiet corner of California State University in Fullerton, California. Twenty-six acres are dedicated to the arboretum and feature four major collections--from temperate to tropical. Clark Botanic Garden in Albertson, New York, is a 12-acre escape into the wild and features many native and exotic plants. The Mounts Botanical Garden is home to an array of tropical plants from around the world. See a Florida tree whose bark peels like a sunburned tourist. Finally, we return to California to check out a coral tree.
