1930s Chicago House
Host Pat Simpson follows the remodel of a 1930s house near Chicago. Architect Dario Tainer's design adds a second story and more than 2,000-square-feet of space, bringing the home up to 4,100-square-feet. Highlights include a new family room, kitchen, master suite and home office. The remodeling segment features a modern contemporary update of a 1960s tract home in Santa Monica.
