Materials:
White on White Venetian Gem Plaster, spackling or drywall mud

paint (Charred Platinum )
hydrangea stencil

Aquacolors (Bronze, Black, Iridescent Violet , Iridescent Green, Iridescent Blue, Van Dyke Brown)

Steps :
1. Use a trowel to apply plaster over the stencil about 1/16 to 1/8 inch above it. Immediately lift the stencil straight up so as not to disturb the raised image and allow to dry completely. Repeat as needed and clean stencil.
2. Apply wallpaper paste over the entire surface area working in about 4' x 4 ' sections at a time. Crumple the tissue paper and open it again so it's crinkled . Lay it over the wet paste so the creases are still visible. Use the same wet brush to pounce the tissue flat while keeping the crinkled texture. Continue process until entire area is covered with the tissue paper and allow to dry.
3. Apply two coats of Charred Platinum over the entire surface, allowing it to dry between layers.
4. Once dry, place the stencil back over the raised image and stencil Van Dyke Brown around the flower and leaf edges. Repeat on all raised images and let dry.
5. Replace the stencil again and stencil Iridescent Green on the leaves and a little into the hydrangea. Keep the stencil in place and apply Iridescent Violet and Iridescent Blue wet-into-wet over the hydrangea(s). Let dry.
6. Tint Aquacreme with 70 percent Bronze and 30 percent Black Aquacolor. Lightly brush it over the surface, avoiding the raised images. Remove excess with a damp rag, blending it lightly over the raised images.
