Wallpaper Remover

Materials:

3 gallons hot water
one 22-oz. bottle of wallpaper remover
1/4 cup liquid fabric softener
1 cup white vinegar
2 Tbs. baking soda

Steps:

1. Using a tool called a paper tiger (perforation tool), perforate the surface of the paper.
   
   
2. Spray this solution in three coats.
   
   
3. Cover the walls in plastic and allow to sit overnight.
   
   
4. The paper should fall of with ease.
