Spanish Colonial Estate

Peter Kavoian often dreamed of owning a beautiful Santa Barbara estate, so when the chance came he jumped on it. All 15,000-square-feet of it. The 1922 Spanish Colonial estate in the community of Montecito includes 14 bathrooms, formal European gardens and a tiled swimming pool. Wide vestibules and a domed, 20-foot ceiling give the home a gracious feel akin to a castle. An interior designer, Kavoian has used silk and velvet fabrics throughout the house.
