The Battle Creek Downtown Partnership was awarded a grant to assist in the conversion of three historic structures located at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Carlyle Street in Battle Creek that have stood vacant for more than 20 years. The Carlyle Building, the former Anson Hotel and the Ratti Building will be converted into 24 high-end residential condominiums, creating a unique blend of historic housing and advantages of condo living. The Battle Creek Downtown Partnership believes that the project will invigorate the deteriorated downtown area with a vibrant energy that will attract jobs, people and opportunity.Back to the Restore America Main Page
