Combed Wallpaper Border

Materials:

four colors of craft paint
combing tool
stamps
brushes
scissors
stamps

Steps:

1. Paint a color onto the paper border. While the paint is wet, comb through with combing tool. Use a curving motion. Let dry.
2. Apply second color. While the paint is still wet, comb through with the combing tool. Use the same curving motion but go in a different direction. Let dry.
3. Do the same with the third color. Try to get every color to show a different direction.
4. Take another strip of plain border. Paint the entire border and allow to dry.
5. Using rubber stamps with paint brushed onto them, stamp another border.
6. Cut out the border in a continuous strip.
7. Adhere to the first border.
8. Adhere entire border to the wall.
