Host Pat Simpson meets with contractor Lou Alvarado to discuss the facelift going on in the bathroom. Alvarado gets right to work removing the old sink, backsplash and toilet. He continues by priming the walls, putting on a topcoat and installing the beadboard wainscoting.

A plumber is called in to help sort out challenges with the plumbing and new vanity. Alvarado tops off the renovation with new crown molding. Debbie surveys the results and likes what she sees.
