Materials:
cupboard door
latex paint
4 balustrades
saw
wood glue
screws
molding
2 decorative drawer handles

Steps:
1. Paint the cupboard door as desired and let dry.
2. Cut the balustrades into one-foot lengths for legs and paint as desired.Once dry, decide their position and pre-drill holes from the top of the cupboard and in each leg. To attach them, set the door on its edge and use glue and screws to secure them to each corner.
3. Cut molding to fit the back and sides of the tray and paint as desired. Once dry, pre-drill holes; glue and screw the molding in place.
4. Screw drawer handles to each side of the top for portability.
