Wiring It Up

The closer Brandon's construction site gets to being a home, the more decisions need to be made. With changes to existing design elements and custom built items galore on Brandon's wish list, the costs keep mounting.

The shell of Brandon's house is complete, so thoughts can now turn to exterior colors. The architects have narrowed the choices to some eye-popping color schemes. Meanwhile, electricians arrive to begin wiring the house, but once again, challenges appear.

Brandon is ready to make a fun decision: picking out a hot tub for his roof deck. City Inspector Karan Weiland arrives and approves the water supply to the house, but other issues remain. Brandon has an elaborate shower on order that mystifies everyone. This and other design touches are driving up costs and threatening Colab's involvement in the project.
