Soy Insulation

Made from soybeans fresh from the farm, this may be the greenest and some think most environmentally friendly insulation in the industry. Formulated like other foam insulations, this product comes in liquid form. When it's sprayed in space, it expands 100 times its original liquid size in seconds, creating a thermal envelope. Made of soybean oil, a renewable resource, some homebuilders prefer it because it doesn't contain formaldehyde.
