Figure B
Steps:

1. Take painters tool (or putty knife) and scrape away old caulk and adhesive from the floor, border tiles and side of tub (figure B).

2. Brush away debris.

3. Use steel wool pads to remove stains in floor. Follow with a clean, dry towel to remove any loose steel wool fibers. Otherwise, the fibers will probably get wet and rust, discoloring the floor again.

4. If needed, use some rubbing powder to polish away black lines left by steel wool.

5. Take toothbrush and some bleach and scrub out grout lines. Thoroughly wipe away any bleach residue.

6.Caulk gap between floor and baseboard and floor and bathtub. If desired, polish floor with rubbing powder.
