Hammil continues her colonial transformation of Daryl Walker's home by focusing her attention on the front yard. First she replaces the black iron light post with a white post topped with a brass fixture. This also matches the porch's new railing and fixtures and provides a focal point for the yard. Finally, she adds some color to the yard by planting bright annuals in the beds and adding a brick border to the concrete walkway, all of which serve to pull together the home's colonial theme.
