Golf Ball House

The Schimmel's bought it and spent seven winters turning it into a livable dwelling. The first level features a large kitchen, several eating areas and a family room (figure A). The second level contains the living room, formal dining area and a guest bedroom.

The top floor houses the master bedroom and features magnificent views (figure B). The home is so well insulated that the Schimmel's say they need no air conditioning, and heat is provided by a handful of space heaters.
