Drilling a perfectly straight hole can be difficult if your drill doesn't have a built-in level (figure A). But there's a way around this with an inexpensive crisscross level that attaches to your drill with double-sided tape.

Just attach the crisscross to the top of your drill and line up the bubbles to drill true and straight holes (figure B).
