"Big Al" Copeland does just about everything in a big way. As the founder of Popeyes Chicken, Copeland now has the means to put on a truly spectacular Christmas decorating display at his New Orleans home. It takes three generators to power the hundreds of thousands of lights, and his home is so bright during the holidays that passing airline pilots often point out the display. Copeland even opens up his home each year for tours.
