Host Pat Simpson introduces us to homeowners Jim and Sharon, who just recently purchased their south Florida home. However, they wanted to add more space for some of their retirement activities, including room for an art studio, and higher ceilings to display the art. They also wanted a home that would allow for better views of the waterway.

Architect Anthony Chiaravalloti helped them turn their plain, single-story block home into a two-story dream home with tons of room and plenty of character.
