It's been said that buying a new home can be a matter of "love at first site" with the model home. Well, a Kansas City builder is taking this to heart, making his models unforgettable. In each development he builds, the model homes all have themes--Casablanca, Romance in Italy, The French Riviera, and Southwest Style. When you walk into these models you'll feel like you're going on a vacation--they're decorated to the hilt, with music, food and strategically placed scents. We'll talk with the builder about why he does this and learn whether or not it works. Then we'll talk with prospective homebuyers and see what they think. And finally we'll meet a couple who bought into the community and find out whether the themes played a role in their decision to buy.
