Amjad and Farzaneh Riar would like to trade in their townhouse for a single family home, but after six long months of trying to sell on their own they've had little traffic and no offers. Professional stager Sabrina Soto plans to get it sold by sprucing up the outdoor spaces, creating a more informal and comfortable living and dining room space, updating the clean but bland kitchen and depersonalizing the townhome's style.
