How to Enter: Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 2, 2008 until 5:00 p.m. ET on August 31, 2009 (the "Sweepstakes Period"), you may enter the Nova Development HGTV Software Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") online by visiting the Home & Garden Television ("HGTV") HGTV web site (www.hgtv.com) (the "Website") and completing the online entry form (limit one (1) online entry, per valid email address, per eligible person per day). Each entry must include the following: the entrant's full name, age, address, e-mail, phone number (including area code), and release forms. All entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. ET on August 31, 2009 to be eligible. If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one online entry for a given day, only the first online entry for that day will count. All entries submitted become the sole property of Main Sponsor (defined below) and will not be returned.

When you enter at the Website, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming promotions from Nova Development and its affiliated companies and/or information about Nova Development software. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Nova Development which is available at: www.novadevelopment.com. Nova Development ("Main Sponsor") and Scripps Networks, LLC d/b/a HGTV ("Sweepstakes Host") (together with Main Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for any of the following matters or issues: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the Website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; printing or human or other errors; and any entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of mailing, in person submission, or online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Purchase will not increase chance of winning.

How Winner will be Determined: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about September 7, 2009 by Ritway, Inc., an independent organization ("Sweepstakes Administrator"), and will be contacted either in person or by overnight courier and phone within approximately five (5) days of the drawing. Administrator's decisions with respect to the winner and other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final. The prospective Grand Prize Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within ten (10) days of issuance of prize notification. If the Sweepstakes Entities are unable to contact a potential prize winner, if a potential winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date, if a potential prize winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner shall be selected. By entering into the Sweepstakes, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depends upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the opinion of Administrator, Main Sponsor, and/or Sweepstakes Host, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Administrator, Sponsor, and Sweepstakes Host reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Website. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older, and be the homeowner of record of the premises located in the United States or District of Columbia, except employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local sponsors. Entrants may also receive information from Main Sponsor regarding other promotional offers. By entering, all participants and/or entrants release the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliated companies, sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. Any and all warranties and guarantees are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms. This Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Prizes: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win their choice of either:

(A) $10,000 in cash; or

(B) (i) a professional and personalized consultation by an HGTV talent (to be determined by Sweepstakes Host at the time of the drawing) (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,500); and (ii) a cash prize of $7,500.

Total value of the Grand Prize: $10,000

In the event the Grand Prize Winner elects to renovate their home, the Grand Prize Winner is advised to obtain the services of a qualified and licensed architect and/or contractor to implement the makeover. The Sweepstakes Entities will not be responsible for any architectural design, construction, or other related services required to accomplish the room makeover and will not be a party to any contracts relating to such services. The Grand Prize will be awarded directly to the Grand Prize Winner. No payments, products, or services will be made to third parties. The Sweepstakes Entities shall not be responsible for any design or construction defects, any merchandise or product defects, or any zoning or building code violations arising as a result of renovating Grand Prize Winner's home. Taxes, gratuities and other expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of any prize not specifically addressed above, including those associated with acceptance, delivery, installation and use of any prize, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the Grand Prize Winner's responsibility. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the cash value of the Grand Prize. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the Grand Prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Main Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. No transfer or substitution for the Grand Prize allowed except at Main Sponsor's sole discretion. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the Grand Prize is permitted, except Main Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Grand Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, in Main Sponsor's sole discretion.

If the Sweepstakes Host is unable to furnish an HGTV talent in connection with the Grand Prize, Main Sponsor reserves the right to substitute such appearance with $2,500 in lieu thereof.

Winner's List: Beginning on or about September 14, 2009 you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner, by going to the Website. Results of the drawing will be removed from hgtv.com on or about September 30, 2009.
