Pinecone Feeder

Every fall Paul James' yard is full of pinecones, and this year he has discovered a way to use the cones by making pinecone bird feeders. All you need to make these treats are pinecones, peanut butter, birdseed, string and a butter knife.

1. Smear peanut butter over the entire pinecone. Make sure to get the spread in the cracks and crevices of the cone.

2. Roll the cone in birdseed until it's well-coated, and tie a string to it.

3. Hang the pinecone treat to a tree that birds frequent.
