Try sharing a part of your garden to mark a special event like a graduation or to give to a neighbor who is moving away. Choose a variety of plants from your yard that the guest of honor especially likes, such as geraniums and herbs, and transplant them into a large pot. Cover the top with moss for a pretty presentation.
