Currently, their backyard is far from spectacular but has loads of potential. Though their deck is large, it's impractical and blocks views as well as access to the yard. In place of their deck, they'd like a patio that flows better into the backyard. They would also be willing to get rid of some of their grassy lawn in order to create pathways to different sitting and eating areas.
