Secret Gardens Of... : Episode SGO-513 -- More Projects » In this episode, we visit four gardens in Calgary, Canada. At the Gornall garden, a small front yard obscures a hidden oasis filled with whimsy. The garden is filled with nooks and crannies that host many seating areas. A hops vine grows over an arbor, and shelves hold a collection of trinkets and collectibles. Devonian Gardens are hidden on the fourth floor of a shopping and business complex. A public park is wrapped in a glass-enclosed building filled with native and tropical plants. Cilla McMullan's garden is inspired by a childhood spent in Wales. English perennials creep over a stone path. The Dorothy Harvey Garden sits in the middle of the Calgary Zoo. More than 4,000 species of flowers, shrubs and trees are spread throughout its six acres. A winding stone path snakes through the garden and peacocks strut across green fields of grass.
