Ungerleider Garden

Andrew Ungerleider and Gay Dillingham have the world at their feet. They've included stones from all over the world in their Santa Fe garden. Five-foot amethyst geodes share the garden with crystals from Brazil and Russia's Ural Mountains. But visitors will also take a shine to the floral display that contributes a kaleidoscope of color.

Ruthling Garden

Ford Ruthling

Ford Ruthling's garden is a palette of color--not surprising since Ruthling is a well-known artist. Dahlias provide most of the color in his garden; they're the flowers he likes to keep around him and also give away to friends. Ruthling accents his garden with sculptural works of art.

Matteucci Garden

Bobb's Garden

A stroll through Elspeth Bobb's Santa Fe garden is like visiting another world. From the mysteries of feng shui to the legends of King Arthur, there's always something interesting here. Bobb expresses her sense of humor in her varied landscape where she also showcases a model train garden, a zodiac garden and a xeriscaped, not-so -traditional English knot garden. Instead of box hedges, Bobb uses thyme and artemesia--both drought-tolerant herbs.

Matteucci Garden

In Nedra Matteucci's garden, the artwork is as important as nature's work. Lines of aspen trees divide Matteucci's property into garden rooms that feature art work that fits in the out-of-doors. A tile mural by famed Mexican artist Diego Rivera is the grand finale of Matteucci's open-air gallery.
