Mexican Feather Grass
Due to their fine texture, many ornamental grasses are touchable plants. But there's one that truly stands out as a "must-touch" grass--Stipa tenuissima, with its threadlike blades that feel like hair. You can't help but run your fingers through this grass whenever you pass it in the garden.

Other touchable grasses and grass-like plants:

  • Fountain grass (Pennisetum)
  • Sedge (Carex)
  • Love grass (Eragrostis
  • Feather reed grass (Calamagrostis)
  • Cat-tail (Typha)
  • Horsetail (Equisetum)
  • Papyrus (Cyperus)
  • Hair grass (Deschampsia)
