The plain walls nearby look stark without plants to soften them. The homeowners want a water feature, which will add lend to the landscape the sound and beauty of moving water. Pond designer Mike Guillinger creates a small pond with a waterfall, adding plants to soften the rocks and make the water garden look more natural.
